Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AppRebase handles personal information on this website, during booking, and during early conversations about Bubble-to-code migration work. AppRebase is the service provider and data controller for the information it collects directly from you.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to understand whether AppRebase may be a fit, respond to you, book calls, and deliver agreed services. This may include your name, email address, company or product details, app context, booking details, messages, call notes, and any materials you choose to share.

For the first fit call, please do not send passwords, API keys, payment credentials, secrets, Bubble editor access, production customer data, or unnecessary sensitive information. If a paid audit or migration is discussed, any Bubble export, screenshots, walkthroughs, test accounts, or other client materials should be shared only after scope and handling rules are agreed.

The website and its service providers may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess fit, schedule calls, prepare and deliver agreed work, maintain records, protect the website and service, improve the website, comply with legal obligations, and protect AppRebase's legitimate business interests.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests that do not override your rights.

Cookies, Booking, and Analytics

Ordinary browsing of this website is intended not to place non-essential cookies by itself. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when the calendar is loaded or when you open the booking page.

AppRebase may use Google Analytics or a similar analytics tool to understand website performance and visitor behaviour in aggregate. Google Analytics may set or read cookies and collect technical information such as page views, device information, browser information, referral source, approximate location, and interactions with the website.

If consent is required by applicable law for analytics cookies or similar technologies, those tools should not run for you unless consent has been requested and given. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, fonts, document handling, AI-assisted internal analysis, and professional support. Current or expected providers may include Cal.com for booking, Google services for fonts and analytics, the website hosting provider, email providers, and professional advisers.

Sensitive client materials are not used for public examples, marketing, or model training without permission. If AI-assisted analysis is proposed for client materials, this should be disclosed before sensitive materials are shared.

International Transfers

AppRebase and its providers may process information in different countries. Where required, AppRebase relies on appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including communication, service delivery, record keeping, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and security needs. Client materials for audits or migrations should be governed by the agreed scope, retention, return, and deletion rules for that engagement.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal data is used. If a U.S. state privacy law applies, you may also have rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. AppRebase does not sell personal information.

To make a privacy request, email hello@apprebase.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No website, email, or online service is completely secure, so please do not send secrets or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email, booking forms, or website messages.

Children

AppRebase is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Governing Law

Where permitted by applicable law, this website and this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit any mandatory privacy rights you may have under EU, UK, U.S. state, Georgian, or other applicable privacy laws.
